This menu is not accessible in full screen mode. One of them is the typical top row menu, if you have PPSSPP running in window mode. PPSSPP provides access to the same options from two different points. If the joypad is not recognized or you do not like the default keyboard layout, you can change them in the settings. Analog buttons (nub) are mapped to I - K - J - L (corresponding to up, down, left and right). On the keyboard, the default values are arrow keys for D-Pad (motion), Z for 'X', A for 'ロ', S for 'Δ' and X for '◯', spacebar for 'Start' and V for 'Select'. The controls will be mapped based on what the PlayStation game has used for decades. If you have a joypad set up, the emulator will probably choose it.
